1. What each one is doing (re: fat specifically)
Pagani Cryo T-Shock;
Uses alternating hot/cold (“thermal shock”) to trigger apoptosis in adipocytes in localized areas.
The destroyed fat cells are then cleared via the lymphatic system over days to weeks.
Best for: local fat pockets, circumference reduction, some cellulite + skin tightening.
LPG Endermologie
Mechanical suction + rollers that:
Stimulate lymphatic drainage & microcirculation,
Help with cellulite, edema, tissue quality,
May modestly impact localized fat + skin firmness.
Think of it as: “move the fluid, soften the tissue, smooth the surface.”
So for fat burning / slimming:
Pagani = the “kill the fat cells” step.
LPG = the “clean up the dead fat & fluid and smooth the area” step.
2. Which comes first?
For a fat reduction protocol:
Cryotherapy (Pagani) first → LPG after (same day or within 24–72 hours).
Why cryo first?
You want to hit intact fat cells with the thermal insult.
The thermal shock is what triggers apoptosis in adipocytes. You don’t need the tissue pre-massaged into oblivion for that to work. Then you support clearance.
After cryo, the body has to move cellular debris out via blood & lymph. Clinics already pair cryo fat treatments with post-session massage, vibration plates, or pressotherapy specifically to promote lymphatic drainage and improve fat reduction.Massage after cryolipolysis improves outcomes.
There are data in the cryolipolysis world showing post-treatment massage improves fat-layer reduction vs no massage. LPG’s own combined-therapy materials also reference post-cryolipolysis massage increasing efficiency and reducing inflammation.
So a typical sequence on a “slimming day” for (say) abdomen:
Pagani Cryo Slimming to the localized fat pocket.
Short break, then
LPG Endermologie focused on lymphatic drainage / light body contouring
If the treated zone is very tender or client bruises easily, you can push LPG on that zone to the next day, and still work other areas same day.
3. How often for fat burning protocols?
Let’s talk per area, since that’s how these devices are actually used.
Pagani Cryo (Slimming / fat reduction)
Most protocols and clinics:
Once every 2 weeks per area for slimming.
Many operators follow a q14–15 days rule to respect the apoptosis → clearance cycle.
Typical course: 5–6 sessions per area for noticeable change.
Example:
Abdomen: 1 session every 2 weeks × 5 = ~10 weeks.
LPG Endermologie
LPG recommendations & clinic protocols are… enthusiastic:
2–3 sessions per week initially, for 10–20 sessions, then taper to maintenance.
For a fat-focused combo plan, something like:
Weeks 1–10 (abdomen example)
Pagani: every 2 weeks on the target zone (5 sessions total).
LPG:
2 sessions/week for body (full or partial)
Make one of those LPG sessions fall same day or next day after each Pagani session to push lymphatic drainage.
After the initial course:
LPG maintenance: 1× every 2–4 weeks.
Pagani maintenance to that area: only if client regains fat or wants more contouring and is still a good candidate.
Also, reality check:
None of this overrides caloric load, hormones, meds, or lifestyle. These are contouring tools, not a replacement for not inhaling carbs at midnight.
4. Pricing: what a single session usually runs
Pagani Cryo (Slimming body zones)
Single Pagani Cryo T-Shock slimming/fat burning session: $275 for 60 minutes.
LPG Endermologie
LPG body session (45 min): $225
Bundled “Fat-burn” type package
If you’re combining both in one visit (Pagani slimming + LPG drainage):
5 Cryo sessions (q2 weeks) + 10 LPG sessions sprinkled between
→ $2,250
5. Key safety / clinical sanity points
Before you get too excited about “fat burning”:
Screening:
No cryo for: uncontrolled circulatory disorders, severe Raynaud’s, active infection, pregnancy, uncontrolled diabetes, hernias in the zone, etc.
LPG caution for: severe varicose veins, clotting disorders, fragile skin, acute inflammation.
Pagani fat-freezing protocols use that 14–15 day interval for a reason. The body needs time to clear debris and not overload the system.
Hydration + movement:
Hydrate and move (even just brisk walking) after sessions to support lymphatic flow. Many cryo protocols explicitly require exercise within hours post-session to boost results.Expectations:
This is contouring and local fat reduction, not global weight loss. If your diet is chaos, the results will be “meh” at best.
